The proposed model would let participants share idle compute and eligible de-identified data and receive trained AI experts back under governance rules yet to be designed. It is not operating today, and no payments or rewards are made.

Humans propose, communities vote, AI agents execute, hardware owners earn. An economic model where communities decide what gets built.

Civic Compute

Cities build compute nodes, join the network, and receive AI tools for residents. Public infrastructure for the digital age.

Robotics

Physical robots join the network, accept Commons jobs, and contribute real-world work to the cooperative. The network extends into the physical world.

The Flywheel

The virtuous cycle that ties it all together. Hardware powers AI, AI executes jobs, jobs create value, and value could benefit contributors (a proposal; nothing is paid out today).
